Please be sure to bring a photo identification, the test authorization code (cognitive tests and retests only), and your non-expired test voucher. The Simulation Center is located in the Lewis Katz School of Medicine on the Northwest corner of Broad and Tioga streets. Take the elevators to the 3rd floor, go through the double doors towards the atrium, and the entrance to Suite 350 will be on the right.
