CARE Program: Clinical Support, Medical Interpretation and Patient Navigation In Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese Languages

CARE Program (Clinical Access to Reduce Disparities for Health Equity) at Center for Asian Health, servers as the hub of Temple University Health System for providing multi-lingual clinical support, medical interpretation, patient navigation, and patient education to reduce barriers and improve access to health care services for Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and other Asian American populations in the greater Philadelphia region.

Specifically, qualified bilingual patient navigators of CARE program will offer culturally and linguistically competent clinical access support services, including medical interpretation, medical procedure navigation, medical appointment scheduling, case management, health information/patient education, referrals and assistance with health insurance, transportation and social services needs.
