Educational Materials

The continuing involvement of Center for Asian Health in education of Asian American communities is considered an integral component of the Center's community-based participatory process and is a strategic element in the long -range goal of achieving equity in health and healthcare services. To accomplish this, the Center has developed culturally and linguistically appropriate educational publications that target a variety of health issues. A number of these publications have been pilot-tested, while others, adapted to specific Asian subgroups, have already been shown to be effective. Most of the Center's educational publications are available in several Asian languages and English.
