Temple seeks candidates with strong interpersonal skills, who have the ability to listen and to be culturally sensitive to another’s point of view. We are committed to enriching medicine through diversity and service to community. The PA Program Admissions Committee gives strong consideration to students who have demonstrated exceptional service to others (i.e. military/police/fire service, Peace Corps, Teach for America) and to students who are educationally/environmentally disadvantaged.

Applicants will be notified of their selection for interview by email.

In addition to two personal interviews, the interview day will include an overview of the program and a meeting with current students.

All candidates interviewed will be reviewed by the PA Program Admissions Committee, including all components of the application, the interview day activities, and all assessment tools used in the evaluation process.

Admission is on a rolling basis. Accepted students will be required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within two weeks of the admissions offer.

Communication
Prior to interview, all communication is sent to the email address on the CASPA application. All communication after an interview is sent to the current mailing address on the CASPA application. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that contact information on the CASPA application is updated through CASPA if there are changes. Temple will be notified of any updates from CASPA immediately.
