The purpose of the program is to prepare the physician for the autonomous practice of clinical neurology. The training is based on supervised and progressively graduated clinical work with outpatients and inpatients. The resident physician forms part of a health care delivery team by actively participating in the clinical management of the patient and meeting the learning needs of the more junior residents and medical students.

- Socioeconomic issues relating to practice
